The Kiwanis Club of Eastridge Irondequoit is a community service organization that provides support in the form of volunteer hours and financial contributions toward the betterment of the lives of the children in the Town of Irondequoit and surrounding communities. The Kiwanis Club of Eastridge-Irondequoit was founded on October 1, 1972. New York District Governor Jack Tetamore chartered the Club in November 1972. We are celebrating our 34th anniversary this year. The Kiwanis Club of Eastridge-Irondequoit, along with all the Kiwanis Clubs throughout the world, give its members the opportunity to be of Service to their community. As an individual very little can be accomplished, but as a group, pooling our expertise, our time, and our ability to raise funds, many great service projects can and have been accomplished.
